The Landmark Apartments in Brentwood
We are currently constructing The Landmark, a 34-story, 376-unit luxury apartment property offering breathtaking ocean views and luxury amenities. The Landmark represents the first high rise residential project west of the 405 in more than 40 years. First move-ins are scheduled for late 2021.
The Residences at Bishop Place
Douglas Emmett is in the process of converting Bishop Place, a 21 story high-rise building in Downtown Honolulu, from offices to contemporary apartment homes. The process of converting a twenty-one story commercial office property to residential, while relocating our existing business tenants, will not happen overnight. In fact, for the next few years, our residents will be sharing the property with some of Honolulu’s most prestigious companies before their floors are converted to apartment units.
Trillium Creative Offices
Coming to the Trillium is the development of a brand new creative office building. The project will consist of a three story low-rise building designed with efficient floor plates and boasting an ideal campus environment adjacent to the newly developed Trillium park.
Warner Center Tower II
Warner Center Tower II is ideally located in a beautiful campus environment and enjoys incredible views of the San Fernando Valley and the surrounding landscape. To further enhance this property the lobby recently underwent a significant renovation. The two-story lobby will consist of a frosted and white glass, clear glass railings, new stone flooring, a new electronic directory, contemporary seating areas and a large pendant light feature hanging from the second floor lobby down to the first floor.
9401 Wilshire boast a highly visible triangular plaza situated on the prominent corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Cannon Drive in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle. Renovations are underway to modernize and activate the plaza with terrace seating and lush new landscaping. Interior renovations include a timeless new lobby with modernized elevator cabs.
