Moanalua Hillside Apts
We recently completed the development of 491 new apartments at our Moanalua Hillside Community in Honolulu. With the additional upgrades we’ve made to our existing buildings and new amenities including a fitness center and pool, we’ve created one of the most modern and desirable workforce housing communities in Hawaii.
In Brentwood, we are currently constructing 376 new apartment units in a 34 story tower (center) with ocean views and luxury amenities. This project will be the first luxury high rise residential project west of the 405 in more than 40 years. Completion will take about three years.
Trillium Creative Offices
Coming to the Trillium is the development of a brand new creative office building. The project will consist of a three story low-rise building designed with efficient floor plates and boasting an ideal campus environment adjacent to the newly developed Trillium park.
10880 Wilshire is undergoing a significant renovation which includes an accentuated ground floor identity, a new and enhanced window-line, lush landscaping and a signature water feature. Completion is slated for Spring of 2019.

9401 Wilshire boast a highly visible triangular plaza situated on the prominent corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Cannon Drive in the Beverly Hills Golden Triangle.
