Hard working individuals with great attitudes performing general building maintenance and custodial services. Opportunity to learn engineering services with excellent growth potential.

1 to 3 years experience in general building maintenance, capable of minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting, including ballast change-outs. Opportunity to learn engineering services with excellent growth potential.

3 years experience in all facets of building systems, including HVAC central plant and general building mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. EPA 608 certification desired.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years experience in all facets of building systems, including HVAC central plant maintenance including knowledge of pneumatic controls, DX & VAV systems and EMS systems. Extensive knowledge required of plumbing, electrical and fire, life safety systems. EPA 608 certification required. Excellent people skills a plus and a positive attitude a must.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience with HVAC systems, pneumatic controls, DX & VAV systems, plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance, as well as supervisory experience. Candidate must have computer skills and knowledge of EMS systems. 3-5 years Chief or Assistant Chief Engineer experience required.

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent written/verbal communication required with basic computer skills highly desired. Positive attitude is a must. Excellent career growth opportunities.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, Word & Excel skills required. 

3 years experience in commercial building operations, tenant relations, collections, contract services, minor construction, budget/financial reporting. CA Real Estate license is required. Excel, Word, Access and MRI preferred.

5 years Property Manager experience with office building operations, tenant relations, collections, contract services, leasing, TI construction, budget/financial reporting. Positive attitude and dynamic personality is a plus. California Real State License required. Excel, Word skills required.

Qualified candidates will have prior residential leasing experience in luxury apartment projects. Great communication and people skills required. Computer skills are a plus. A California real estate license is required.

As the Marketing Project Manager you’ll be responsible for managing and implementing marketing and communication programs to drive leads and ensure clear consistent communications for all Douglas Emmett commercial properties in Southern California and Honolulu.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with Commercial Regional Directors and Leasing Agents to schedule daily e-blasts and determine which suites/ properties to promote while ensuring that information and specs are correct. 

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for commercial properties.

  • Work with in-house graphic designer for creation of online and offline marketing initiatives including daily email blasts, collateral, signage and events.

  • Manage company CRM of leasing agents and analyze and present reports on a regular basis.

  • Monitor leads, analytics and sales to identify trends, evaluate traffic / sales goals pace, and make marketing plan recommendations to improve performance.

  • Oversee broker incentive program

  • Support social media efforts with relevant content and monitor various social media platform pages for potential issues, good stories, etc.

  • Work with the Marketing Director on brand strategy and implementation of best practices for all Douglas Emmett Company commercial properties.

  • Plan and manage events for leasing agents.

  • Review and update leasing signage programs 

  • Work with outside signage vendors to update signs as needed.

  • Serve as brand gatekeeper for the Douglas Emmett commercial properties with ultimate accountability for ensuring every touchpoint the public has with Douglas Emmett are consistent and in alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Ensure company and partner websites and marketing materials are current and updated regularly.

  • Implement annual survey program.

  • Work with marketing creative team to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing campaigns, promotions and events.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Experience and Skills: 

  • 5 years’ prior marketing experience required.

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, employees and managers to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy for the projects

  • Positive attitude and the desire to work in a team environment

  • Car required

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Detail-oriented, effectively working on multiple projects concurrently and has the innate ability to get things done with speed, urgency and accuracy

  • Must be capable of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous community projects in fast-paced, deadline driven environment

  • Demonstrated ability to use standard software applications (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Wordpress, on-line database applications)

  • College degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

As the Residential Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for implementing marketing and communication programs to drive leads and ensure clear consistent communications for all Douglas Emmett multifamily properties in Southern California and Honolulu.   

Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with Residential Team and Graphic Designer to create weekly eblasts that reflect property-specific promotions. 

  • Ensure that all printed property collateral adheres to Douglas Emmett branding standards.

  • Work with Marketing Director to develop and execute brand marketing strategies, campaigns and implementation of best practices for all Douglas Emmett multifamily properties.

  • Work with Marketing Director to ensure that the promotions are consistently communicated over ILS sites

  • Monitor leads and analytics to identify trends, evaluate potential resident traffic. 

  • Coordinate social media efforts for individual property pages and respond to online reviews in conjunction with property management. 

  • Monitor Craigslist ads for each property and work with properties to help them create compelling Craigslist ads.

  • Work with Marketing creative team to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing campaigns, promotions and events.

  • Track and Monitor marketing efforts for competitive multi-family communities in all of our submarkets.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • 2-3 years’ prior marketing experience required.

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, employees and managers to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy for the projects
