Hard working individuals with great attitudes performing general building maintenance and custodial services. Opportunity to learn engineering services with excellent growth potential.

1 to 3 years experience in general building maintenance, capable of minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and lighting, including ballast change-outs. Opportunity to learn engineering services with excellent growth potential.

3 years experience in all facets of building systems, including HVAC central plant and general building mechanical and electrical systems maintenance. EPA 608 certification desired.

Qualified candidates will have at least five years experience in all facets of building systems, including HVAC central plant maintenance including knowledge of pneumatic controls, DX & VAV systems and EMS systems. Extensive knowledge required of plumbing, electrical and fire, life safety systems. EPA 608 certification required. Excellent people skills a plus and a positive attitude a must.

Qualified candidates will have extensive experience with HVAC systems, pneumatic controls, DX & VAV systems, plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance, as well as supervisory experience. Candidate must have computer skills and knowledge of EMS systems. 3-5 years Chief or Assistant Chief Engineer experience required.

Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, excellent written/verbal communication required with basic computer skills highly desired. Positive attitude is a must. Excellent career growth opportunities.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, Word & Excel skills required. 

3 years experience in commercial building operations, tenant relations, collections, contract services, minor construction, budget/financial reporting. CA Real Estate license is required. Excel, Word, Access and MRI preferred.

5 years Property Manager experience with office building operations, tenant relations, collections, contract services, leasing, TI construction, budget/financial reporting. Positive attitude and dynamic personality is a plus. California Real State License required. Excel, Word skills required.

Qualified candidates will have prior residential leasing experience in luxury apartment projects. Great communication and people skills required. Computer skills are a plus. A California real estate license is required.

To work alongside the Project Managers on construction sites, to ensure safety, project completion in a timely manner, troubleshoot and work as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, building managers, tenants, and the corporate office streamlining varying information as needed to complete projects.

To take on capital projects, multi floor renovations, high scale tenant improvements, including the ability to manage more active projects simultaneously. To oversee, manage, schedule and troubleshoot all new and current/active jobs, so that construction is completed with the utmost customer and tenant satisfaction and follow up as necessary.

Interface with clients, designers/architects, subcontractors and management to provide thorough estimated pricing for tenant improvement projects.
