Ken Panzer

Mr. Panzer is the
Chief Operating Officer for Douglas Emmett, Inc.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of DEI. Mr. Panzer
is responsible for overseeing all of DEI’s operations including
leasing, property management, construction, and development
activities. He joined DEI’s predecessor company, Douglas, Emmett
and Company in 1984 and co-founded Douglas Emmett Realty
Advisors in 1991, which grew during the 1990’s into a large
manager of institutional real estate funds. Mr. Panzer received
his bachelor's degree from Penn State University in 1982.
