Andres R. Gavinet

Mr. Gavinet is the
Executive Vice President of Finance for Douglas Emmett, Inc. Mr.
Gavinet joined Douglas, Emmett and Company in 2006 and oversees the Company's internal financial operations. Beginning in
1999, Mr. Gavinet was the Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer
for Arden Realty, a public REIT. When Arden went private in May,
2006, Mr. Gavinet became its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to
joining Arden, Mr. Gavinet worked for Ernst & Young, LLP from
1993 through 1998, focusing on real estate companies. Mr. Gavinet
received his bachelor's degree from California State University,
Northridge in 1993 and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
