Operating Engineer

Qualified candidates will have at least five years experience in all facets of building systems, including HVAC central plant maintenance including knowledge of pneumatic controls, DX & VAV systems and EMS systems. Extensive knowledge required of plumbing, electrical and fire, life system systems. EPA 608 certification required. Excellent people skills a plus and a positive attitude a must.
